Friday week 5

Our Friday morning (and that of our neighbours) started early. These breeze blocks arrived at 6.50 a.m.!!!!!! Not the time I would expect them to arrive, I was very blurry!
It has been the first really wet day that the builders have had on our job. They were absolutely soaked.
They've built up the inner wall to guttering height (just under 1st floor level) inline with Eddies garage. The new guttering goes in next week.
The black slopey things are lintels for going over the doors and window. All exciting stuff.

Thursday week 5

The walls are going up so fast now its amazing.
They've bricked up the wall by the soil pipe at the back which is the one moved in a previous post. as seen here

Walls going up.

The walls are starting to go up. They've now rendered Eddies wall and are covering it up with a new wall.

The panorama is not really looking quite right any more As the walls go up it looks like the wall isn't straight, believe me it is very straight.
